After you disembark your aircraft, a personal assistant meets you and guides you through the immigration area. Receive VIP treatment as you head to the front of the immigration and customs lines, and then through to the arrivals hall.

All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
For departure fast track, you can enter you details under “Arrival flight and time”, as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
