Overview

See elephants up close—but at a respectful distance—at Phuket Elephant Sanctuary during this morning tour. Watch as rescued elephants freely roam, bathe, and socialize within the grounds of the tropical sanctuary (located on the edge of Khao Phra Thaeo National Park in North East Phuket). Itinerary

Explore waterfalls in Doi Inthanon National Park and visit hilltribe villages on this full-day tour from Chiang Mai. Choose from a private or small-group tour and enjoy an easy day out with transfers, guide, and lunch all included.

Your day starts with pickup from your central Chiang Mai hotel by air-conditioned vehicle for the 2-hour drive to Doi Inthanon.

Enjoy the views at Wachiratharn Falls (Diamond Waterfall), one of the biggest waterfalls in the region, then visit a Karen hilltribe village. Afterwards, head to a Hmong market to see products from the Royal projects.

Refuel with lunch at a local restaurant, then drive to the highest point in Thailand before enjoying a short walk along the Ang Ka Nature Trail. Afterwards, visit the Twin Royal Stupas.

The tour ends back in Chiang Mai and drop-off at your hotel.
